Best practice for a rogue is sitting in durotar and dueling people every day .. you would really learn a lot about each class and what their cds are when healers can't be killed practicing how to kick spells etc .. then when you go into arenas you would just have to learn how to communicate and when to CC and not learn about classes and their abilities cus you already have a lot of knowledge about them and your class do that and its an easy climb to 2k as a starter rogue with a half decent mage and once you master your communicate ( even without voice for example your mage should know that he needs to sheep when you step kidney ) you could reach 2.4k 👍👍 good luck to all of you fellow rogues . Oh one last thing if you are a starter focus macros are important look them up and try your best to master them

Just the awareness of what's going on in such a hectic fast environment that is wow arena is so impressive. I feel like I can't even react that fast. I start hitting the wrong buttons, turning the wrong way, etc lol. I think just knowing the other classes and how to counter ever situation will raise anyone a few hundred points. There's so many times I just don't know who to focus / blind and who to pump damage on or when to go defensive and pool energy to hit key burst windows. There's just so much. These rank 1 guys are amazing. Most people dont realize how tough this is to master

Learned more in 30 min than in a week worth of me playing by myself! I would say the biggest problems players have are keybinds and macros. Set everything up and just think through the things you want to do and practice in the covenant area. Jumping from pack to pack 5c kindey and kicks, switch focus targets etc. Getting that muscle memory reps in makes a huge difference when you are trying to up your gameplay.

The game at 3:34 against warlock priest really shows how strong rogue mage are. They did many things wrong, but Pika had like 10 plans how to still win the game. :D While on the opposite team, make one mistake with your defensive CDs and you're most likely dead.

I pvp'd for a long-time, and for ME, one of the biggest things that hindered my play was not being able to RECOGNIZE immediately the CD's being used by the other team. People who've played every class, or at least were VERY experienced fighting every class, seemed to have a huge advantage.

The toxic people are the ones that think they are way better than they actually are. So we have these friendly noobs that want to learn but still have a long way to go, and we have friendly very high ranked players that usually don’t waste time playing with lower rated players which i understand. Then we have descently skilled people sitting at around 2k ish mmr (like me) who still have so much to learn but with potential that can’t find likeminded people to play with because it’s either those I mentioned.

Nice video. In the first match though, you can use pain suppression while stunned so it doesn't matter how well you chain your cheaps, something to note while opening on a priest as a rogue

For mage rogue, what do you think of this opener? Sap the dps (kill target), cheap the heals, mage can poly healer, then cast gpie on dps. If possible, re-stealth and re-sap before pie hits, if not dance cheapskate dps then full opener. This way the sap on healer doesn't DR the sheep follow up and you're almost guaranteed to get the gpie off or force trinket, defensive, or both.

Healer dk is really tough for me as sub. The dk goes grope hands and once I'm out I have to blow a ton of coolies to break free. My partner is ret, so we'll try to blow up the dk but they have all these abilities to resist stuns, and even cheat death type stuff....
