The first wide stance you did was external rotation of the hip, the second one is internal rotation of the hip.

Thanks for all the hip related videos, they’ve been helping a lot! I noticed you said to do this 3-4 times a week, any detriments if this is done 6-7 times per week?

You’re welcome. Doing it that much would overdue it and your muscles need rest to grow strong. I’d max out at 5 days a week at the most.
