That's the spirit! Just start small so you don't lose motivation and build from there. Even a walk around the block or to the corner. You'll build your fitness and get good vitamin d in the form of sunshine not to mention fresh air! It will do you wonders. As a Teenager this is very helpful for me because I was having difficulty in breathing and I think it's because I didn't do excersises and not eating these foods. Hey ishaq ismail, it really varies from person to person, however, blueberries and raspberries are packed with a lot of nutrients and antioxidants, and as far as veggies go, broccoli and carrots are also nutrient packed. But a great approach is to eat a variety of fruits and veggies if possible.

I recently quit smoking weed on January 9th. Had major withdrawal symptoms and I only smoked for 2 and half months but it took a major toll on my body. Couldn’t eat well for a month, and now I’m currently vitamin d deficiency but I’m taking vitamins to help with that. My endurance is super low that I get tired carrying my 6 month nephews. I no longer what to feel shortness of breath again and having trouble walking up stairs again.
