Thanks Alex, It's good one, I think one needs to practice alot for public speaking, there are several aspects to keep in mind, however I believe good pace and body language are must.

I agree. Body language is important. Pace is also a key issue. I typically get excited and need to slow down a bit.

I have sort of a smaller group of 6 people. Each morning I have to do a kick off to get them in line with the production goals. I've found it harder to communicate with them all at once than to speak in front of the whole plant with 200 plus people. In that situation I usually only present a question to the CEO. With my small team I am usually working against them chatting amongst themselves.

I'm trying to apply this to public speaking in my second language. Do you have any advice about how to prepare against brain fog or sleepiness directly before a speech? My skill level changes greatly after physical exercise, coffee or conversations with people before I need to speak publicly. However, it is SIGNIFICANTLY lower if I use another language most of the day instead. Thank you for the informative videos.

The first person who comes to mind is Kit Pang. He owns a company called Boston Speaks and he has a KZbin channel, too. If you look at his videos, you'll get a sense for what his teaching style is like. But, please note that any individual coaching can be quite expensive. It might surprise you to learn that it can be $500 per hour or even more. Typically, clients who hire coaches have their employers pay for it.

Alex, what editing software do you use. I am dabbling into making videos for church and looking for software. I am currently using Kinemaster on my phone. It is great, yet limited.
