If Vinn didn't share all of his past communication mistakes I would've been convinced he is a born charismatic leader, so natural on stage and in front of the camera. His humility is so helpful and encouraging to us who may struggle in this department ❤️

If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.

@@@@Did you know?? if you turn the opposite direction the same amount of spins everything will go back to normal. This is due to your vestibular system "the inner ear" thats how we maintain our balance. Inside the inner ear you'll find a labyrinthian structure which contain three semicircular canals that are arranged in right angles of each other so that each of these canals can individually senses movement along 3 axes. Now, these canals are filled with a fluid called \endolymph/which sloshes around when our body is in motion. So when we spin, it spins too, but, when we stop spinning abruptly the fluid continues spinning due to inertia. This then stimulates these little tiny hairs that send signals through your nervous system to tell your brain that your spinning.

I love the Duchenne smile. In their heads people think they are smiling, but they are not. You can even feel their communicative energy when you photograph them. I was a portrait photographer for Carnival Cruise Liines for 3 contracts, taking 1500+ photos a day for 7 days cruises. It's a rare person these days that smile with their bodies. It took me, by joking and influencing them to bring it out. And time the camera shutter at the perfect moment (a split second after they laughed and not a moment more) before it was all gone, with the wind. And mind you, THEY were there on holiday, to have fun. (They're called, "The Fun Ships") A great photo has nothing to do with the camera or photographer. It has everything to do with communicating: living in the moment and the genuine feeling within the person on the other side of the camera and how quickly or easily they reflect their inner joy. That's why children, when they are happy, take the best photos.

Thanks Vinh for such insightful content on improving communication skills. I came here after a recommendation by a great trainer TJ Walker who admires your work. I am so delighted I have taken this step to learn from both of you. I love the authentic humour that you bring to such a "tough" subject of 'speaking' or communicating. I tend to use uuhms and buts, and learning to eliminate them. Thank you again for your wisdom. Love from Uganda via PEI-Canada. Henry Luyombya

Can you be one of the people I can hang on with. As you said there is nothing impossible with knowledge. I want to learn this magic and I will be of service in return. I live in Australia for 48 years and I still not well verse and not as clear in my words like you do. So I need your knowledge to help me improve. Thanks again for all your sharing. Alicia B.

Could you please share or make a video on techniques to do clear and concise communication (like you) during a discussion on complex topics especially when the audience are way ahead in knowledge about it? It would be very helpful to people like me during a life changing moment. Thank you so much for your great contribution to the universe. 😇

How to get attention of everyone in a group? ( I think that maybe I should say aloud but still my friend talk in same tone too but when I talk only few maybe one😢 is listening 😢) 3. How to talk with someone elder than you ? (Like people from middle age or your grandparents what topics should I choose except asking them about there teenage life) This is last one trust me 😂 4. What to do when elder starts to judge you ? (Typical Asian things 😂)
