The person seen in the end of the video is me. I have never run in my life. I used to run 2-4 kilometers to lose weight during lockdown. For the first time in Jaipur Marathon, I gathered courage to run 10 km and completed the race in 57 minutes but was very careful. I decided not to run like this any longer, started looking for a coach and spoke to Birendra Sir on phone. He took away my tension by talking on the phone for 30-40 minutes. He has been training me online for almost 3 months and under his guidance I have completed 8 half marathon (2 Hours), 10KM (54 Minutes), 16 KM Trail Run (1:40 Hours) with ease and I have been doing 2 trail runs (30KM) in May-June. He trains very well. Under his guidance anyone can run consistently without any injury. Thanks Coach Sir.

Sir.. 5km under 24 min lana hain... Avhi filhal mujhe dorte hue 1 mahina hogaya hain avhi mera timing lagbhag 26min ah raha... Sir koi tips bata doh timing ko kam krne k liye... Aur sir ek baat puchna tha... Starting k kitne KM naak se saas lene hain aur muh kab kholna hai? Mera saas bhut jaldi ful jata hain.. Meri starting peace 4 30 per/km hota hain.. Lekin 2 km baad speed slow ho jata hai,Saas bhul jati hain aur paw bhar jata hain... Koi tips de doh sir...... Bas one month hain timing ko kam karwa doh🙏🙏🙏

Sir main intermittent fasting ke sath running krta hu. Plz ek video intermittent fasting and running par banaye. Main 19 hours ki fasting ke sath run krta hu kya fasting ke karan mera timing improve nhi ho rha h . My 10 k PB is 43 and 5 k PB is 21.

Sir me 800 meter ki preparation kar raha hu.. 2min. 4sec me full marks hai MpPolice me ..lekin meri timing 2.40 hi hai usse kam nahi ho rahi mujhe daily kitni running or kitne meter ka suit marna chahiye 😢
