There are three phases in the Triple Jump: The Hop phase, the Step phase, and the Jump phase. You want to take the last phase with a calm mind, don't overthink it! Team USA Triplejumper Tori Franklin shows you some drills that make the Jump phase the easiest phase for you.
For this last phase of the Triple Jump, don't forget to:
1) Snapping to the ground
2) Punching your knee up
3) Seeing your feet out in front of you
4) Moving through the landing
