Hi Andy, thanks for the video. Question: I'm a teacher and this week my classes are online in Teams, while the students are sitting in the classroom. One of my students shared my presentation on the big digital schoolscreen (HDMI), but unable to produce the sound through the speakers of the digital schoolscreen. What advice can you give me to solve this problem?

Hi MsMonica - It's hard to troubleshoot without knowing the specific configuration on your student's computer, their Teams settings, and the TV setting. I guess the first question is, can your student hear the sound on their computer when NOT connected to the TV? I would make sure that their computer sound device matches the device selection in Teams to eliminate any issues...
