Hi! My name is Roseline, I live in Belgium and I crochet since almost 40 years now. I love crocheting my own garments and home accessories too. I've just discovered your blog and tutorials and I think they are just amazing! All is very clear and visible! Thank you and congrtulations for your huge work. I really appreciate the diagrams. Finally someone who use them! Have a nice day ;-)

Thank you! I like to use the diagrams more as a visual aid than as a readable chart. If you know a little bit about how to read them then I think they can be more useful than showing a picture of the project because the charts show exactly where to put the stitch.

I don't know if you will see this comment with this being an older video, but I had to say thank you for the tutorial. I've been wanting to learn how to do this, but for some reason it wasn't clicking for me. Your video was so informative along with the graph in the corner. I actually feel like I can do this successfully.

You made this tutorial so quick and easy. I was able to follow and know what I’m doing right away. This is a new technique for me as I am a L2R crocheter. I will keep going on my square until I need to decrease and then watch that video. Thank you so much.

I am glad it was helpful. I separated the parts in hopes it would make it easier to reference. I also created practice patterns that expand as you go. So the first 2 patterns only use increasing, then two more use increasing and decreasing then two more patterns use a rectangle shape. That way you can really practice and learn the techniques.

@@WindingRoadCrochet I’m having so much fun. Rectangle is what I’m working towards. I will definitely look for those videos. Thanks!!!

@@WindingRoadCrochet Thanks again for taking the time to add the graphs. I also appreciate the fact that the graph will evolve the same time as we are crocheting. I think it's amazing !! Hi Love the videos and graphs. I notice the videos are part 1 and part 4. Is there a part 2 and 3? Thanks!
@WindingRoadCrochet6 жыл бұрын
Yes there will be. I figured that borders should be Part 4, but I needed to finish it for the practice patterns. Each week I a releasing a part with two practice patterns on my blog. www.windingroadcrochet.com/corner-corner-crochet-beginners-tutorial/ Next week on Monday I will release part 2 How to Decrease and the Following Monday will be part 3 "How to C2C a Rectangle". Then I will be doing a 28 day Stitch Challenge and releasing a new stitch tutorial every day, then in March I will come back to C2C and cover crocheting graphs in C2C.
