Sir with due respect I want to emphasize on Ethics all I am trying to convey is that Dairy is Cruel I have researched about it well and can give you enough evidences First of all A Cow's body produce milk for her baby just like any other mammal not for us but the Cruelty is way more than this The following things happen in dairy farms apart from stealing someone else's mother's milk 1. Artificial Insemination which is forcibly impregnation of cows so that they get pregnant and produce milk for her calf amd we take the milk which belongs to her calf so sir Forcefully making a female pregnant for her milk is abuse(it's basically sexual abuse) 2. Male calves are separated and eventually abandoned and killed because they are not profitable for dairy 3. Female calves are tied far from mother and are allowed only once or twice throughout the day to drink her own mother's mill so that we can buy and sell that milk 4. Oxytocin injections are given to cows and buffaloes so that the milk production in their bodies increases so that more milk more profit But these injections cause them so much pain sometimes equivalent to labour pain 5.This torture happens year after year and after 5 to 7 years when she looses her capability to lactate and get old she is abandoned on the streets or sold to slaughter No wonder why India has become the 2nd largest exporter of beef & leather. All this happens just to meet India's huge population of Milk demand . We don't need milk to be fit I am sure . There are enough alternatives of protien and calcium. Sir I respect you a lot because you never mislead people You believe in Research, evidences and common sense I urge you to kindly research about the Reality of dairy industry what exactly happens behind our back Watch Deadly Dairy on KZbin or Unholy cattle of India 🙏

Your points are good but dont you think meat industry is also cruel? We must look at vegan sources rather than satisfying our taste buds at the cost of several lives. Start eating live foods such as soaked moong, black grams and nuts for breakfast. Big bowl of lentil soup at every meal and reduce intake of rice and chapattis a bit. 100 gm of moong can provide 25g of protein and the rest 45g can be obtained from cereals and lentils if taken in proper quantity.

Best way of comparing protein (and other nutrient) content is by removing the water content before comparing. Some foods, such as tofu, has a high water content which makes the 100 g. weight comparison useless. Find out how much water the food contains, subtract that amount, and then make the comparison.

I'm sorry but i believe our body needs 1gm of protein per "lean body mass" of weight..you have to minus your body fat % and then calculate your protein intake according to your goal..pls dont just double your body weight and consume the equal gms of protein..its only going to turn into fat when your muscles dont absorb the excess..

Why you left sprouts? Vegetarian also has varied range of protein sources including - all dals, sprouts, beans and nuts 🤷♂️
@sourobhdas12353 жыл бұрын
They are more carbs than protein, that too with incomplete amino acid profile. They cannot qualify as good protein sources.
@Dave_en Жыл бұрын
@@sourobhdas1235 Cereals and legumes when taken together completes the 9 essentisl amino acid profile. Also we must not be restricted to one kind of cereal or pulses but either mix or rotate them. Carbs are not bad. All macro nutrients should be in recommended range, not necessarily pro protein mode. 70gm protein, 60gm fat and 300gm carbs is good to start with for 2000 kcal diet. Taking excess protein than body needs without heavy workout may not be fruitful as protein doesnt get stored as it is.

Bro, I would just like to mention that isoflavones in soya product are more prominent in soya milk and Soya flour but less in tofu. Another thing isoflavones actually stimulate estrogen effects in males, more than reported. Oh and by the way....... Just looking into the history of soybean and how it got to eastern hemisphere will give great insights.

Sir, I am maintaining my current weight. So, is Tofu the best for it?
@Dave_en Жыл бұрын
Tofu and soyabean chunks are better suited for you. You can also try seitan without adding extra fats to it. So far highest protein content and near 2% fat content, carbs is around 5-8% but difficult to find and expensive to buy unless you can dedicate time to make it at home.

Can we do one on milk comparisons ? Soy Milk , Cow Milk, Buffalo milk, Almond milk etc.
@TheWholeTruthFoodsYT3 жыл бұрын
stay tuned ;)
@Dave_en Жыл бұрын
Just look at nutrition table for comparison. Buffalo milk has highest calories due to highest fat content, though it has much more protein content than any other milk. Almond and soya milk are vegan options with low fat content. If two kinds of milk are blended then the products made from them are properly balanced. For normal people cow milk is best bet. For physically hard working people, buffalo milk is better. But buffalo milk can be improved by removing excess fat from it and adjusting to match cow milk fat content. Extract the cream and make ghee or butter from it. Cow milk is overall balanced and doesnt need adjustment.

What about dal, rajma, chole? We vegetarians eat that on a daily basis. Yuval Noah Harari also eats dal everyday because he thinks it's super healthy and environment friendly! 😄
@nupoorrajshivhare14153 жыл бұрын

@BinitaDas Жыл бұрын
True. But most (if not all) dals don't contain all 9 essential amino acids. Plus, you have to have a large quantity of cooked dal to get a significant amount of protein. Then again, dals are cheaper and yummy.

And seeds and nuts..hemp seeds?? What about them huh?? This video was literally useless.. I came here for soemthing new but you
