Hi I'm no professional but I've dealt with tendonitis for awhile. One way to strengthen your tendons is to increase blood flow in them with high rep and light/very light weight resistance. For example bicep curls with a resistance band where you can perform 30-50 reps with full ROM(rang of motion). You can do this as a warm up or as an Active rest session on days you do not work out. Another way to purely strengthen the tendons is performing static exercises like holding a dumbell outwards in front of you with straight arms or at a 90 degree angle of a curl. The thing about tendons is that they have a SET perioud where they take 8-10x longer to recover than muscles so depending on how intense your training session is you would passively or actively rest for 3-4 days. Resistance bands will be your friend they've helped me with my shoulders, elbows and knees. I've hoped i've helped and good luck.

MY NOTES Creatines increases water retention not subcontaneous though. Hydrated like water loading really helps you. Thermo regulation sauna etc will increase it the pump with high reps like a bodybuilder or drop sets where you train to failure than lower weight and again and again Bloodflow restriction as it brings blood into the muscle! INCREase nitric oxide (pre workouts can work like garlic and vitamin c increases 200%vitamin C protects the garlic molecules along with beet juice INCrease capilaries through cardio

While genetics do play a part, I notice when I have enough water in me, a decent amount of sodium in me, high potassium levels and when my body gets hot, my arms and forearms get really vascular ASF. But bodyfat and how lean you are along with genetics determines how vascular you get.

While I have never been in a sauna I can say that exposing yourself to extreme heat makes you nigh immune to it. I've spent the last 6 months working 2 jobs, one of which is at a little 50's drive in which doesn't have any AC. Let's just say the grill makes the entire building have a heat barrier on entry, it feels like going into an airlock or something. I work next to the grill which keeps the entire kitchen at an ambient 125°, with my poor boss bearing the 200-300° ambient heat around the grill. It's great honestly, at this point I shadowbox whenever I have downtime. If I ever start overheating I just hop in the walk in for 30 seconds as a cloud of steam comes off my body. I've been sloughing off fat too mainly on account of the heat making it out of the question to eat anything substantial while I'm working.

My favorite way to get a rediculous pump is to pick a weight you can do 10 reps with and do 6x6 with 15-30 seconds of rest. If you do this with inverted rows for a few weeks you'll look like a turtle.

The Bioneer around 13% I think, And I generally do a higher rep range but it depends on the workout. I do a lot of bodyweight calisthenics to prepare for boot camp so I do my sets of those until failure but I'll also add weight to some of them different days, like weighted dips and pull-ups and get 5-6 reps of those. (And I started towel pull-ups like I saw in the last video, those have helped progress my grip strength a lot thank you) I do a few forearm focusing exercises at the end like wrist curls and sand buckets

I don't think you need to worry for the most part. It's linked with raised DHT, which would need to happen to a large extent and for a prolonged period to have an effect. Not only that, but DHT only raises hair loss risk if you have sensitive follicles. Scott Herman has a great video on this :-)
