The problem is that even when you start scrolling to take "rest" you don't even feel like you rested, at the end you just find yourself losing HOURS without the fun and rest you seeked, like at the end of your long scrolling session just ask yourself : do I remember the videos i watched ? Did I even enjoy ? You can compare that to watching films or listening to podcasts. As said in this video, it's much better than just scrolling, we all have movies that changed us or at least made us think and connect with our feelings. But do we remember the short videos we watched for Hours ?

Thats actually sad to think that people NEED to scroll on these social medias to not get bored between sets during exercise. for me i usually try to massage my muscles and warm them up for my next set. Thats quite sad to think people are scrolling while resting.

Hey don’t know if yall know but a year ago I commented on one of these videos and said I was gonna change myself and it actually worked and I was doing very well honestly and I have to thank you but after so much progress I fell of. I gained weight, I became addicted to porn and I just need help man. I’m gonna turn 15 in like 2 months and don’t want to spend my teen years living this way. This was helpful but got any other tips?

Even i am suffering from this but i think you just need to get rid of your triggers for porn and for working out even i am real lazy i cant just get it i cant jog now till 200meter before i could do till half kilometer
