Hello sir. Sir I have a gap of almost 2 years after my internship. Will that be a problem for GMC registration?

Gap is not a problem.but you should be able to justify the reason for the gap like preparing for exam, childcare etc.

U said we can do max 20 hour locum per week . So even if we do 10 hours per week 50 weeks a year Then 500 hours locum . 500h × 50£/ hour = 25k £/ year. 40% flat tax so 15k £ should have been earned through locum per year Is not it? Why its 7k a year?

Do doctors earn enough in the uk to support a family of four with a comfortable lifestyle (not luxurious) and can uk doctors afford to go on vacation?? I have read online that uk doctors don't make good money so i am curuious as to what kind of lifestyle a doctor in uk can afford
@SumanPaulDoc3 жыл бұрын
It's possible to support a family of 4 but you won't be saving a lot at the end of the month for holidays. Financially it's helpful if both husband and wife are earning members.
@enscebose84663 жыл бұрын
Sir why not in the US market ie nasdaq or snp500. With your income you will surely be able to include that in your portfolio if i am not wrong? Many indians are also venturing into us markets through INDmoney apps or icici bank accounts which charge zero to nominal fees. Some are even purchasing US stocks like FAANG
@SumanPaulDoc3 жыл бұрын
I used the term "UK market" for ease of understanding.I invest in global stock markets including USA, Europe, asia.i didn't want to complicate matters for the doctors.
