Hey Corey. I did this workout. First time, I did it in 8:55. But I only did 14-12-10 on the wide push ups, so that mistake I realized I made the next day. I did the challenge today again, and I accidentally did 14sec hold on the neutral push ups and 12sec hold on the diamond push ups. But, I completed it in 8:50.

I got over 9 minutes, i couldnt keep up with you once we got to the diamond push ups. Good chest workout though. I'm gonna do this at the end of every chest workout of mine untill i am able to keep up with you

Trying this on my next workout, since I already did chest day today earlier. I am thinking of doing some isometrics within my sets now, that is actually a very good idea.

Just woke up & saw a challenge :D I did follow you until 2nd round of diamond push up I paused the video did 10 push & 10 secs hold then got back with you. It was easier than what I expected ! Any more challenges ?
