Hey, i got everything wired up but I’m struggling to find the tach signal, it won’t get on two step at all and I troubleshooted it and says to check the tach and I was wondering if you could should how you counted the pins on the 32 pin connector. Please and thank you

I think it's an ews issue on N18 engines. cutting the ignition for more than half a second causes a 4a63 code to come up and engine off. tampering with the ignition system causes something with the immobilizer to freak out and shuts the car off. I can still use NLS but I have to shift super fast.

You don't have to use a computer, you can set the RPMs right from the box.

What did you guys set the launch rpm at? Reason I ask is because I’m tuned and have a big turbo and if the clutch peddle is pressed the car doesn’t rev passed 4K. I can fully rev if the pedal is not pressed

It throws a misfire code occasionally after 2 stepping but then goes away

Do you have the link to the connector that you used in the engine bay?

Our gracious Tony donated it from another project. However, any 5 wire quality quick connect would work, browse Amazon or crutchfield and find one that locks together with at least 14-16awg wire. The most important thing is that you solder the connections to the quick connect and ensure it is a high quality tight connection because the ignition power source runs through it and the car will not run if there are any issues. If you have no plans of pulling the motor I would not use the quick connect method we did. I did so with plans to do the clutch in the next year or so.
