A couple better tips are to attach the hoses to each faucet before putting it in place, so you only have to connect the bottom of the hoses to the valves. Also, start the set screws in the handles before you put them in place, so you don't risk losing them.

You can't attach the hoses first until the faucet is mounted. Because the large plastic mounting nuts have to go on first to secure it to the sink. They won't be able to slip past the water supply line, metal nut.🤦‍♂️

Okay it's a 3/32 allen wrench but I don't know what the screw is?

We are installing the Charmaine. Your video doesn't cover the escutcheon or the soap dispenser. We can wait on the soap dispenser, but have a question about parts included with the faucet. What are the two small white gaskets? What is the black plastic with two wrench-looking things on the side, a wider tube opening on the top, smaller tube opening at the bottom, and the tube opening on the side that doesn't go all the way through? Need this to know this quickly as we are stuck.

My sprayer came unattached. How do you attach the sprayer to the hose? The fitting does not fit.

Hi, thank you for your question. If the supply lines are included or not depends on the model number of the faucet. Our DST models include Pex supply lines and other faucet either do not include supply lines or include flex hoses. The product feature and benefits provide technical specifications on our website. Hey delta I have a very similar faucet that is now leaking from under the handles. When I remove the set screw holding the handle on, the handle is still stuck on there. Can hard water cause this? Should I just force it off so I can replace the cartridge?

Hello, I'm terribly sorry for the issues with your Delta faucet. If there is a lot of build up beneath the handle it will become hard to remove. I would suggest squirting a 50/50 solution mixture of tap water and white vinegar. Dip a rag into the solution, using tongs if necessary. Wrap the rag around the set screw area. Leave the rag in place for 15 minutes or so to remove the calcium deposits that are preventing you from removing the handle. Repeat if necessary up to 4 times. @@deltafaucet Ok I have another. I had to get a new faucet, when I am installing it there is a black plastic gasket under the escutcheon. One side is just plastic, and the other side has a soft rubber washer type material on the edge with three holes in it (one for each handle thread and one for the spout). There is no indication for which way this piece goes in the instructions? Does it go above or below the sink? Does it go with the rubbery side facing up (towards the ceiling) or down towards the floor? I see in your video yours is above the sink, but is it rubber side down or up? Again there is nothing at all about this part in the instructions.

I don't know the answer to your question but do you know what kind of screw it is mine must have went down the drain or whatever holds the handle on, and I can't find my allen wrench to tighten it up in the side hole so do you know what size of Allen wrench it is?

I've lost a screw what kind of screw is it I know you try to get up with your allen wrench but I don't know what it was it went down the drain I see your good idea of a towel! 🙄🤷🤦
