@@elvincaminero885 yes I followed all the steps. I bought the fog light kit on eBay and it came with the switch, relay and two fog light assembly with bulbs

This procedure also worked for me as I have the traction control switch to the left of the automatic engine shut-off switch (car turns off at light). I always turn the auto-stop switch off so the car doesn't turn off at the light. BUT I hated that the switch was in the 2nd position - I wanted it on the end left. This procedure worked perfectly to get to the switches and move then. I did use a very little oil on the side of the switch housing to get the switches to lock in. Done = 10 minutes. Can't wait to add foglights!

All of the space you'll need to install/remove/place fog lights can be done from underneath. Removing 4-6 pop clips a a 10mm screw (on each side) gives more than enough space. Yes, the car will need to be raised (ramps/lift/stands), but I think that is easier than fiddling with the bumper

One of those blank wires might have been for steering responsive headlights that did not become standard on all forester trims until 2021.

Depends on the year the early ones were h11 later became 16 both work both plug up
