Muchas gracias por compartir tu experiencia. Esta semana pondré un enrollador igual a un Hunter Europa de 40 años pero sigue siendo un gran pequeño barco.

Great stuff, Im going to get one!. Question: having done the Furler install can you use your existing jib/genoa? ie mine has the existing hanks, so can you remove those to fit to the new furler.

If it has the right diameter edge on the sail to fit in the groove it will fit!

Would it be possible to replace some of these foils without removing the forestay? I need to swap a couple out.

Not really as the wire is too big to make it into the middle of the profile and everything is connected. Way easier taking it down to do it.

Yeah so the guy I bought the yacht off has basically done the offfut at the base near the drum. Absolutely nightmare because the joiner ok the inside is under way too much pressure.

It's rare to see a trailer sailor with a furler here in the US. Good work getting it set up. Are you planning for a standard Jib or going for an oversize Genoa?

Ben Randomly definitely rare but surprisingly not much extra work when raising the mast. going to go slightly larger i think!
