How to install a Sheet Metal Duct Damper on a Register Can or Box for Heating and Air Conditioning

Hey kid, thanks for sharing. I am a sheet metal BIM modeler, (I use PractiCAD) much like CADD Duct. I worked for a MEP engineering office and then started my own Shop drawing company and was trained by guys who worked the field, but I never honestly have. One question I have is Round Spiral duct. I know you cannot attach fitting to fitting, but would that go for elbows as well? Say we have a square to round coming down the rectangular line, after the square to round, we need to put at least a 4" straight pipe before the first fitting, say we use a 45 elbow. I cannot connect another elbow to that elbow? Or do I need to add another 4" straight pipe? I am watching as many vids as I can of you. Thanks bud for sharing them.
