So the leading edge of the visor, the little tab has to go between the rubber and the plastic mirror cover.If you stick the tab (tad doesn't have the 3m adhesive) into the rubber channel then you'll have constant window hitting and breaking.The outside of tab is directly against the inside of mirror housing cover.

Installed mine on a clean truck and rubber was cleaned with alcohol pad. Installation was a real PIA. The VHB tape did not stick well and the only way to get the windows to close was to have someone hold the visor in place and pull outward while putting up the window. I figured that the visors and window channel rubber needed time to adjust to the new fit, so I left all windows up for 1 month. Even after this the windows would not go up without pulling the visors outward. After 3 uses, one visor fell out and one cracked and broke when the window caught it.. Needless to day, they are all in the trash now.. Waste of $. Never again AVS...

Well I didn’t read the instructions for my 2020 Nissan Rogue and I didn’t put the little tab without 3m tape in between the door frame and rubber channel. I thought the factory messed up and didn’t put the tape on there so I did it myself...guess who needs to go back and fix these now 🤦🏻‍♂️ BUT IN MY DEFENSE I also bought a set for my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it had tape on all 3 little in channel things. Guess that’s the difference in 20 years tho

All my windows hit the visor I left them up for 5 days before my first roll down.. ended up breaking the corner on one they are sending me new ones

Once the 24 to 48 hours are up, will the windows roll up with no interference from the vent visors?

Nope!! Well, mine isn't....... unsure how to fix it too! Looks great, but very annoying to use.😔

Chris Gamble hey I used this procedure and mine go up now. It’s just a bit different from the video. At the end of the procedure your windows will bounce back down. After that happens, pull up on the button until the windows go all the way up (they should stay up). Keep holding it up for a few seconds. Let go, then pull up and hold for a few seconds again. No. Mine broke the first day. I did exactly what he did and let it sit for about 36 hours. The driver side front broke the first time i tried to roll the window up, the rest took about 4 months this to break completely. I live the way the in channel ones look. May just depend in the car but for the price you figure they would put more research and development.
