Amazon just dropped mine off about 20 minutes ago. I'm watching this video before I shut down and install. Currently, Ryzen 5 2600 (no OC) idle temps is 40C and max temp under 100% load is 83C with an ambient room temp of 70F (21C) with AMD Stealth Cooler. After install: Idle temps are 27C-28C, 30 minutes of 100% load cpu stress test (the one in cpuz) max temp was 59C. Update: After overclocking the Ryzen 5 2600 to 4GHz, Idle temp is 30C (room temp 21C) cpuz stress test 100% load for 1 hour Max temp was 66C. My system is installed in a Phanteks P350x case with 5 UpHere RBG case fans running at 1100rpm, the sound meter on my phone says the system is running at an average sound level of 34 to 42dB right on top next to the fan, two feet away from the tower the noise level only reads 10-14dB, so the system is reasonably quiet.

Just enough to get it threaded. Put slight pressure on top so it doesn't rock like it did in the video. Have you put on a stock cooler before? It was nearly identical to putting the stock cooler on the 3600. Only thing you DO NOT want to do is lift up on it to check. That paste might cause them to stick together a little and it will pull the CPU up and it will NOT go back in perfectly, ruining your CPU AND MoBo pins.

I'm glad this thing comes with a little RGB controler. I built a new rig 6 months ago and I'm rebuilding my old one in a new case to kinda refresh it (the old cooler - a 120mm aio - died so I needed a new cooler too). The mobo is old enough that it doesn't have any ARGB headers, so the controller is handy. The 4 pin molex though is... not. :D

Anyone else having extreme trouble trying to screw in the cooler to the motherboard, the screws on the cooler simply do not reach far enough

Just finished my build yesterday- you have to put a LOT of pressure on the screws and really push down to bend the springs surrounding the screws.

You gotta put pressure on it, a lot in order for the screws to reach

I had major anxiety going into building my new PC. My last experience with the OG Hyper212 model was not pleasant. Thanks a lot for this.
