How to install gyprock plasterboard

Storm talks to the camera in this video about how to install gyprock plasterboard in their steel kit home.
She talks through the gyprock plasterboard plan that got delivered with the kit home and explains the process she and Matt are following to install the sheets in bedroom 2.
Most sheet cutting is done off camera because of the lengths of the sheets, however you can see how they score, snap, measure, glue, and screw in both sheets.
YES they measure wrong! YES they work through how to solve the issue. YES there is swearing involved. YES you get to see how they work to keep it all together in front of a recording camera ;)
Despite all of this they've got a pretty decent looking wall at the end of the video. If they can do it - so can EVERY OTHER amateur home owner builder, promise!!

We made a rookie error in measuring the length of the top sheet - we forgot to allow for the plasterboard that was already up on the perpendicular wall. Easy fix though, so NOBODY PANIC! ;)

What were those blocks of wood attached to the plaster? How were they attached, what were they for, how do they get unattached? Thanks!

Just a question...aren’t you meant to do ceiling before wall? Or doesn’t it matter? We’re in final stages in preparing to build Paal ‘Derwent’....
