How to Install Hall Effect Stick Modules on Victrix Pro BFG Controllers (Fix Stick DIFT for Good)

If you’re not familiar with Hall Effect technology, it uses magnets to detect stick movement, which means that components inside a controller don’t actually touch. As a result, Hall Effect joysticks tend to be more resistant to general wear and tear, avoiding dreaded drift issues.
Here’s how you can install the Hall Effect stick modules on your Victrix Pro BFG controller:
Purchase the Modules: Victrix plans to launch the Hall Effect joystick modules in early 2024. Pro BFG owners will be able to buy a set of two for $40. Individual left and right joystick modules will also be available, with pricing yet to be determined.
Module Replacement:
To swap out a module, use the included module swap tool (found inside the carrying case) and turn the hex-screws counterclockwise a few times.
Repeat this process until both sides of the module are unscrewed. Note that the hex-screws are magnetically held into the module and will not fully remove from the unit.
Calibration:
After replacing the stock module with the Hall Effect sensor module, calibration is required. Follow any instructions provided by Victrix for proper calibration.

I was gna buy another pro controller that had hall effect sticks in them... this video revealed to me that not only there was a cheaper pro controller, the parts to install drift-free sticks were easy to put on and STILL cheaper than the other controller I was gna buy. def gna pick this controller and the module up

Question do the hall effect modules permanently, decreased the stick drift so you never have to buy replacements anymore?

you don't need to buy replacements it wont get stick drift.

I installed both but the left stick when I installed the d pad didn’t work anymore I ordered another one thinking it was faulty was this an issue for you ?

I did put them in the right spots I just ordered a new one and it works well I would say tho be very careful and even use gloves when handling the membrane and parts
