You can get them at "carid.com", but they're gonna run you around $200. $300 if you want blue, because their default colors are Gloss Red, Gloss Black, and Matte Black.

Do these covers affect the braking performance? I saw a video where they said it could cause over heating of the breaks and not braking on time.

Ceasar Medrano no. These only cover the front side of the caliper so the excess heat can dissipate normally. Yes, they are made for your specific make and model of vehicle.

They may possibly, maybe, reduce a few flecks of brake dust but if you do any hard braking these will DEFINITELY cause your calipers to retain heat longer. It's pretty much like wearing an aluminum blanket to survive the cold. I bought a car with them already installed, removed them and I can't even GIVE them away. Anyone who knows anything about cars or braking systems will ridicule you for having these.

Who doesn't do hard braking? Hard braking is part of staying alive while driving on the road. No we are not constantly hard braking but it does happen for nearly everyone. Did you even realize how thin this aluminum is? It isn't going to hold in any noticeable heat. Use your head.

Austin, Caliper covers would not be universal. They are going to be application specific.

You would be talking about centimeters of adjustment and it isn't a guarantee that it will fit. Each vehicle manufacturer has different calipers and they are not all going to be the same.

The clips I just received with my covers are clearly not the same as ones shown in the video. These new clips require removing the brakes completely to install smh.
