But, that's even dumber, because if you can mod the game deeply and add customization without paying it, the game will have unlimited life. This means more and more people will buy your game because it can be modded. Now like this, people won't buy your game, and you will rely on selling mtx in a game that won't sell much of mtx because it's not an MMO RPG or something like that. See how they locked the best balaclavas behind the store and crye g3 combat shirt. But even if they don't support modding, in the end, you have mods, lol. Makes no sense

This video was a godsend!! I don’t know how many times I had to uninstall my game, delete the game file, reinstall, going into Anvil, and then try downloading the mods. I’d add the buildtables and then the mods and couldn’t get anything to work. I watched so many videos and re-read the descriptions in the mods over and over. I finally found your video and I was missing the Per-Sept 20th Patch. Tried that and the game launched fine with no crashes and the mods work. Thanks you!!!

I have no issues following along until the individual build tables. The files on the folder you downloaded look way different than mine. I have to download 5 files (Helmet, Goggles, NVG, Headsets, and Vests) but has no folder to extract the individual built tables folder. I just have the 5 files

so I've done everything right and I haven't had issues modding until now... but when I go to launch the game it does the whole startup shows the GRB little icon loading thing and then it doesn't launch and just closes? Idek why this is happening I've reinstalled the game, checked the Pre-patch files multiple times and replaced them with new ones, did the build tables made sure I downloaded a fresh copy of them just in case same thing. Its very annoying earlier today I had everything working then I tried to add a MICH 2000 helmet and it completely broke everything after that, no matter what I do nothing works.

@@TACTICALKAOS1 Okay, i decided to take a deeper look into the net5 thing, and i believe net 5.0.13 is the ONLY one you need installed, i had newer versions before so i had to uninstall those, after that it didn't crash anymore. But also, i feel like you gotta be really careful and test every single mod after installing (dont just install everything at once) cause its just easier to start from zero after if you mess up, right now what caused my recent crash was installing FaceGears + Choose your loadout + A Helmet from modular helmets

so ive been running into issues with COD nods as well, trying to figure it out, to remove the mods you need to find the files you put in there, bassically same steps just taking the files back out and replacing with vanilla, you can find vanilla in your backs up in anvil, but its just a million times easier to start over in my opinion unless you have a ton of mods in already

Bruh anvil won't let me link the game 1:40, when I press on Ghost Recon instead of being put in the "path to executable" it only opens the game folder and I can't progress, sucks. P.S. I tried to download Net5 but my pc said I already have it installed, although it's a different version, is that ok?

When I unpack the files they don’t say successfully written files they just say unpacked games file even after packing my game is crashing. I’m doing a clean install rn bc I really want mods😭

ok so right now the modular helmets are causing alot of crashes, i would recomend using another helmet mod, you check the modular helmets mod pag and read about the major crash issues right now, the mod was working great before, and this video has alot of important stuff so i did not want to remove it because it still shows you hopw to install other build table mods with same path

What do yoj mean by patch notes. I would delete your extracted folder and verify files start fresh make sure youve unchecked use compression set compression ratio to 0 and then install pre forge files.

what do you mean by game explore, are you meaning anvil toolkit, you need to download anvil toolkit, the net5 from nexus mods, once you have those downloaded you want to run anvil then link it to your game profile, this method is ment to work with steam platform so if your on ubisoft or epic it might not work

The build table mods are super touchy. Make dure you install thd buildtables for the mod before u put the mod in

Ive done all the steps right in terms of adding the pre September mod and then checking if the game crashes and it keeps doing just that, crashing. Is there anything that i could be doing wrong because ive done the steps multiple times now to make sure i am doing it right, it never says for me though that is has successfully read my forge files, it just always says finished unpacking forge files and thats it, then ill repack it. Another question is path to executable, i am picking GR Vulkan, is this the right thing to pick or am i picking the wrong thing?

ok 1st delete you extracted folder in anvil and verify files in breakpoint, also are you on steam because if not that might be the issue, next make sure you uncheck use compression and set compression ratio to zero. you path executible need to be the path to your game, like C drive to steam folder and the to the game. also make sure you have net 5 downloaded before you do these things too

@@TACTICALKAOS1 Got everything to work and used a lot of mods but recently there have been crashes due to certain mods and i have had to delete all my mods which were a lot of them, had to do this twice now and its just a drag installing everything from scratch, whats the best way that you would recommend to locate and remove those mods or files would cause my game to crash without having to delete everything again

I put in headset build table jut i recommend doing helmet and headset build tables and maybe nvg if your planning on using those kind of mods

are you on steam ? you open anvil scroll down click on the pencil on ghost recon breakpoint thengo to path executable and then from there you go to what ever drive your steam files are. heads up this proccess is extemely difficult especially if your unfamiliar with modding, my videos do there best to help but its still really easy to miss one little step and that will crash your game, take it slow step by step

Yes absolutely because of build tables. The build table mods need to be put in before other mods as nx they clash with alot of stuff. I've ran into many crashes using buildtables way more than with other mods

Bro thats a rough process i usually just start over when i mess up and ya it sucks doing it over. But u can search for the files your going tl replace and put them in back up folder or even use your back up folder in anvil. But still this process isnt much better maybe even worse lol

only install build table if your planning on using a mod thats requires them, they need to be entered before you install the mods that go with them
