Only video I found of what I needed to do. Thanks! Having exact PEX system, I had to install 3/8 to 1/2 compression adapters as shown. My issue is I had a previous Moen model with 1/2 fitting to PEX, why would they go to a 3/8 fitting giving many trouble? Including adapters would have been great. Banging or No Banging- Go Stros! Thanks again!

I have the pex system under my kitchen sink. When i turn on the faucet i can hear the water running but it doesn't come out of the faucet. The leak source is not visible, however i can tell it is coming out of the faucet somewhere above the counter. The water just doesn't come out into the sink, it leaks into the cabinet under the sink. Do i need to replace the entire faucet or can a hose or something be loose in need of tightening or clogged (we have really hard water).

I have pex and it’s not threaded, it’s clamped. Not sure what to do. Ready to return my new faucet and just deal with a crappy old faucet.

What is the adapter called.

He did say the adapter is 5/8" to 1/2". I think the standard is 1/2" for the newer faucets. The PEX line can be anything. I would bring the old faucet to the hardware store with you for that end. I think mine was 5/8" to 1/2".
