Far more complicated than is needed. Just create a Scans folder in users/Public/Public Documents. Change the file properties so that the folder is shared and ready for archiving. Then under advanced sharing options turn on file and printer sharing. Turn off Password protected sharing. Now you can browse to the file from the Ricoh using the user name and password for the computer. I do these every day. If you have firewalls, exceptions will need to be made for this method to work.
