Wow ! I wasn't even close with mine. Not knowing where it's intended to go, I mounted to the rear fender mount and to the muffler I bought with my kit using 2 hose clamps. The one that came with the muffler and the one that came with the bracket. It seems to work great, but maybe you should include a picture with it on how to use it.

What is better stage three header or trumpet header

The trumpet sounds wicked and is our standard header pipe. The 3 stage does theoretically get your more power because of the swedging at the end of the pipe. Also sounds pretty wicked. Can't go wrong with either one.
