I would never and I mean NEVER install WOG to VCMI, because It tend it to be as Hota-like as possible. With Wake of Gods it will become an overtuned disgusting pile of messed $h1t. Let just WOG be WOG by itself, but leave VCMI be and let it just feel like a more developed Horn of the Abyss, a game which feels like Hota, but ended up being better than actual Hota from Hota Crew.

i would NEVER install vcmi without wog fwatures because it would be too hota like and hota is biring and poor. and i wulk say even more - ibwould replace hota with tides of war. let boring hota just be boeing hora and leave it behind for cyber sport and stufd like that.
