Hi Sharon, Not sure why you are seeing that. When you hit enter, does the command prompt just drop back to a prompt? It could be the Task Manger could be opening behind the command prompt. Try minimizing or closing the command prompt and see if it is behind it. That's about all I can think of... Stu AG6AG

wtf! Network Connection Flow does not appear in my task managerand I'm running Windows 11 MSI GE76 Raider Laptop from Costco.

Hi JR, This will only be there during the first setup screens and not once you have put in an account. You can go in and create a local account once setup or reset the entire install (losing all data) by holding down shift and selecting restart. Follow the prompts to reset windows and start over from scratch. Hope that helps! Stu AG6AG

This apparently worked at one time, but was subsequently patched by Microsoft. You need to use OOBE now to accomplish the same thing.

Hi Kyle, Seriously? I'll download the 22H2 and see what I can see. If that's the case, the disconnected cable might still work. And there is always the "Create an account then dump to a local". More later! Stu AG6AG

This OS is trash. Windows XP and 7 were the best. Sucks they no longer work on new hardware. :’(

I run Linux whenever possible. Sadly, most freeware software for Amateur Radio requires Windows (won't even run in wine)... But, the reality is that all the commercial companies are forcing you into some sort of ecosystem. Stu AG6AG
