This doesnt work for previous generations of tv's with the Smart Hub button instead of Home. You need to do this video for the previous versions of the Samsung TV with Smart Hub.

This did not answer my question. How to open it and have the KZbinTV app move to the main page that showcases my key "apps", like Netflix, HBOmax, etc. I don't want to have to search for KZbinTV it every time.

Just installed KZbin TV on the Samsung TVs that I currently own, but for some reason the remotes don’t work all correctly. Not sure how to get back to TV guide using Samsung remote. Any thoughts would greatly be very helpful. Thanks 😊

While it may seem like you can't return to the home screen of the KZbin TV app after selecting a show, you can. I just found out that if you tap the directional pad on the remote it will show some stuff below the video but to get to the main screen, you have to be watching the video and tap the back arrow on the remote.

I can't even get it into apps. Have to go to the regular KZbin app and light it up from the icon at the bottom left of that page. Several steps involved. I can't get YT TV into my home screen.

I'm on a quest to find a KZbin player for this Samsung OLED TV which has the nightmarish ads completely stripped out. Any help would be appreciated. As I understand it, Samsung TV's run Tizen OS, and NOT Android, so great apps like Vance are unavailable (?) for Samsung TVs.

Hi, I have installed yt app on my samsung tv but a problem occur when trying to rent movies; When searching for a movie using the search icon, I get a lot of results, but I do not get any option to rent the movie itself. Only various yt videos concerning the movie one way or another. When using the yt app on my ipad I do get, in addition to search results also an clearly visible icon to click for renting the movie.

Hello. I just got a Samsung TU690T We can’t get wifi in our current location. I have the iPhone 8+ Is there anything you know of to be-able to watch KZbin with our limited resources. I do have the hdmi and lightening cables to adapter I’ll try it again but where you plug the lightening adapter in is getting the proper connection or really any connection. Here’s another question for you. Has anyone or is there something that makes the connection, I’m hoping that you understand what I’m trying to say.

I do have another option for this. Go to your hotspot on your iPhone and make sure you can tap into that. Then go to the settings on your Samsung TV to make sure it is using the hotspot from your phone's WiFi connection. I just tried it and it worked for me. I would suggest that you try this if you have an unlimited plan, though. I will try to make a video on this step-by-step process soon.

@@JuanCamacho21 I have an iPhone 8 Plus and I’m pretty sure I don’t have the ability to have a hotspot. I’ll see if there’s a video to give me an idea if my phone can create a hotspot and then if I have the ability to create a hotspot, I’ll watch another video on how to do it. I know it is frustrating..currently I have to select in youtube app /settings/"link to phone" then go to phone, open youtube tv and select "cast" symbol and then I can get it on the tv..just a bunch of crap UNTIL i figure it out...may need Samsung support

Good for you. I don't have a smart phone. To get KZbin tv I have to go to the regular KZbin app and start it - then move to the KZbin tv link at the bottom left of the opening page. From there it's several steps to get YT TV onto the screen. Very frustrating.@@biglon74

If you are unable to download that direct on the TV, than I recommend getting an afforable Roku stick to use get KZbin TV that way
