I would say: Está haciendo un buen trabajo (formal) Estas haciendo un buen trabajo (informal) or just say Bien hecho which means Good job. I am not a native speaker, but I am living in Mexico since the pandemic and I studied for several years before that. Good luck, buena suerte.
