I can't create for you because you need to fill your tax information later on and comfirm it with scan your identity. make sure you have European passort or at least UK, Singapore, or USA.

Good question. Actually after you are done with the registration process, you can go back to your account and update your number to your local number in your country. Medium will send you a code to confirm that is your no. After that, you don't need the Text me no anymore. So, you can do that as early as you set-up your account. Regards.

You will need to provide tax identification number for that column. I don't know which country you are from, but in Nigeria, it is issued by FIRS our tax Agency. And it is free. Am sure you can get it as well regardless of your country. Alternatively, you can fill out the second form, that one do not require you to fill out Foreign Tax identification. Best of luck. You can do the first one, and use your tin no form firs. If you are doing the second one, at the last point of verification use International passport or driver's license or national ID for the verification, instead of the company registration certificate. I think that should work as well

You need to be resident in US or be a legally registered US company to get EIN. It is fraudulent to get it if you're not qualified. This is not a legit thing to do. It could get you in big trouble.

You don't have to reside in US. As long as you are rendering a service or goods to US citizen through a US company, you have to pay tax to US IRS. and to pay that tax, you need to have tax number which is the EIN

Stipe is available in India on Beta( testing mode) you can't really get your money from the account. Is better you used the way I have taught on the video for now until Stripe becomes fully operational in India

Those are two different things. The payment is if you want to be a paying member of Meduim, which means you can read more articles on medium. But joing a partner program means you can contribute your article and get paid for it
