You can make a great tomato juice with couple of big tomatones a clove of garlic and a rib of celery.

I was wondering how Jay was going to prevent the garlic from just going from the chute straight to the pulp basket. I see he's wrapped it in parsley. My method of dealing with this problem was to juice garlic with tomato. I'd jam a knife in the top of the tomato, twist the knife around and pull it out. This creates a hole to put the garlic in and holds it in place to be juiced.
