Learn how to jump higher within 3 minutes with this simple yet effective warmup. You will be igniting all of your vertical jump muscles in your feet, ankles, and calves.
You will do each jump for 2 sets of 10. If you can’t touch your toes, just touch as far down as you can towards your feet.
You need to be working on your feet ,ankles, calves, core, upper body strength, body fat percentage, etc…All of these things come into play when you want to jump “higher”.
