I noticed on Ben’s Instagram that he joined thp recently, but had no idea that he was gonna be a coach.😂 that’s really cool

How you feel abt pjf
@athletic_docАй бұрын
I was on his programs on & off for 8 years….THP is WAY better 😂. I got more gains in the first year with THP than I did in 8 years with PJF. I was 14 & a training newbie when I started PJF & had 8 years of training experience when I started THP. If I had THP at 14 my newbie gains would’ve been insane. I still enjoy Paul’s content, but the training itself in his programs could be better from an S&C standpoint. His skill stuff is good tho.

How much sprinting in a week?
@CorbinDebloisАй бұрын
Usually 3 times a week but you can ask for no sprints. If you are a one foot jumper, no sprints will be more detrimental.
