@@hoshitore 全然気にしないで下さい、少しでもお役に立てる嬉しいです☺ You're welcome, it was my pleasure! Thanks again for the awesome video!
This is very detailed and scientific! As an opposite hitter my coach has never told me about all of these specific aspects of the jump, and I think it's very important to be conscious of the muscles and tendons in use to maximize our game and prevent injuries!! This knowledge has been valuable to me

I highly doubt your coach ever KNEW about all these specific aspects xD Sports science really has grown even in the last 10 years. Looking back even to my coaches from club and high school (10 years ago) they really didn't know what they were doing in terms of applying sports science like this.
This is the best explanation I've ever seen on youtube about the jumping technique. I loved the detail and effort you put into every single one of the videos. Thank you a lot!
This is by far the most thorough and scientific explanation of the spike jump I have seen. I started playing in college two years ago and I recently felt like I could not improve my jump even though I tried my best. This video is perfect for me to study, so that I can keep improving! Hopefully I can make it into the team I am applying for this semester :) Thank you!

Thank you for such high quality of technique explanation! Should the position of the legs be the same for the beach volleyball? Should I still point my toes inward on sand?
@hoshitoreАй бұрын
On sand, the jump is a little different. By using your left foot as a slow jump, just like your right foot, you can jump without the sand giving way.
