I lost weight and got back into shape at 50 mostly to continue to be able to protect my wife and daughters. And because my blood markers were terrible and I was borderline diabetic.

I spent some years in prison in the 90’s and some of those convicts are training 1-3 times daily. They are getting fitter and stronger with every year they’re locked away. Getting ready to get out and take whatever they can from weaker people. That’s the reason i still train like a mf’er now, 27 years later. Got to protect your loved ones from these monsters😎

*Question* What keeps you motivated to stay in shape as a dad?
@jhnmtinez2 ай бұрын
Hi Anthony quick question, I’m 23 and not a dad but, I saw one of your older videos from many years ago about pushups on your wrists and I’m wondering if it’s a good idea to do them on my wrists with my wrists bent , if it will prevent any strain from too much use in a certain way during handstands since I know they put a lot of strain on the wrists over time ,other than that thanks for the amazing content, I’ve become great at proper chest to bar pull-ups thanks to you (: (the title of your video was called wrist pushups for wrist pain) I don’t really have much pain but they do feel sore from too much forward flexing holding the handstands 😅
