Hey! Guys
This is a best workout routine you can ever practice , I can bet with anyone with this 😁.
This video contains 4 parts -
1. (Warm - up routine )
Excessive pressure on a cold muscle can cause injuries such as cramps, sprains, and other injuries. Warming up also gradually prepares the heart before exercise, increasing heart rate. Overall, the aim of the warm-up is to wake up the body and get it ready for exercise. A good warm-up reduces the chance of injury.
2. ( Stretch routine )
Stretching before martial art training is extremely important. Your body must be strong enough to deliver blows with force, while being flexible enough to move through a full range of motion.
Not only martial artists but every athlete should follow a stretch routine .
3. ( High kick drills )
Several goals can be attributed to drill and practice exercises. They can be used to build confidence as more answers are correctly provided. They also help to reinforce important materials. Learners are also provided and opportunity to practice critical skills and knowledge sets. I added so many easy & appreciable drills which will be helpful for you all while kicking .
4. ( Static stretches )
Static stretching requires you to move a muscle as far as it can go without feeling any pain, then hold that position for 20 to 45 seconds. You should repeat static stretches two to three times each. This is a very effective way to increase flexibility.

I also want to remind people that even if you look at this and think you aren’t at this level, everything is a journey. Do what you can do, strech as far as you can without hurting yourself and do it just as much as you can. It’s a gradual process

Day 1: it was really hard but managed to do it. Day 2: my entire body was in extreme pain but when I did it again the pain disappeared and somehow i saw a tiny bit of improvement.

It,s more easy if you start with a circular kicks. When you domain the simple circular and you control the kick, you will pass a more dificult kicks. This woman is amazing, I never see a person with her control and flexibility.

Tracking my results here hehe Day 1 ✅ OMG I was only able to do the first 6 minute of the video because I was really tired. It left me with a bucket of sweat. I think I should do this before my dance practices and after my waist workout.

What martial art form is this? I am a collector of martial arts training techniques and some for this is new to me. I am a 205Lb guy and hip mobility is my main enemy, my dream is the side splits and the Baki vertical side kick. I long ago figured out stretching alone is not enough, you have to express strength in the increased range of motion to make it useful. One of my favorite new skills is the Sumo Wrestlers shiko, which is basically a wide horse stance with a leg raise to each side. I have practiced shiko, pancake stretch and archer squats but still my hips are too tight. I may have to get back into frog splits and side splits, but those are incredibly painful for me.
