How does one seal with sweating. I have sweat but not like this over small things now. This is a recent new symptom and not really scaring me but its just a bit annoying. I have been exercising only for my health and not to feel better. I have sweat during moments when nothing is happening ot anything anxious is happening. Its just odd and annoying but not i am not scared by it

Man I feel you on the constant confusion I’ve never heard anyone mention the symptoms I experience. Constant sick brain feeling almost like my brain has the flu or it’s inflamed. And that’s mixed with deep fear and horrible feelings in the brain?

Great video Shaan. But set backs are real and I have gotten to the state where I noticed the anxiety when it's building up and I just sit and watch it while I breath in n out but one of the symptom that is still lingering 24/7 is dizziness but still not withstanding am pushing through cux I sit out,drive,fly,move around in busy airports but I no am getting there all the best guys and wish us all a quick recovery.

I am in the same phase as you. I can manage everything minus the dizziness 24/7, which disappears when I'm busy focusing on something. How are you feeling after a year?

Man I’m in a very bad setback, and I thought that with time passing I would get used to setbacks and anxiety, but it’s not at all! It’s like every time it hits me it hits me harder and harder and that I can’t stand anymore, that this has become too unbearable, I am really in big trouble😓😓😓😓😓
@peachymartin54012 жыл бұрын
It feels like it hits harder because you had a period of feeling better with little to no anxiety so when it arises it feels bad but we can handle these feelings.

Rest assured you’re not alone. Raising my hand here. Right now I’m definitely going through a major recovery after a horrible summer of intense and terrifying setbacks, but I realize it can most certainly come back, as it has in the past. And come back REALLY bad. After a year of being on this channel and the Facebook group, I can honestly say if or when it comes back with a vengeance, I have the tools and knowledge and training to overcome it, let it go and prosper and be happy again. You will too. That’s a promise.

I've been watching every video for the past year now and I still have bad anxiety. O have had a break from it but last summer was terrible! I have felt disconnected ever since the summer. The past 2 days I have been feeling more connected, the last night, BOOOOM! MAJOR ANXIETY and back to the scanning and OCD. I fear ALS and now I am testing if both legs work equally. I can't balance that well on my right leg and that triggered this. 💔😢😢😢😢😩

Exactly what Shaan describes in his videos and nothing else. Get your vision checked by a doctor - if it’s all clear then stop worrying about it. Once you learn to live with the vision symptoms and go about your life as normal, the symptoms will gradually go away.

Wish I had the ability to make international payments - I'd hire a coach or therapist. I could use the help. However, China makes this basically impossible.
