@fbekker183820 күн бұрын
@CoachMelannie can you maybe do a video in this: Related to flirting and approaching a girl, applying all the tips you give, I have this problem: When in a club or pub or wherever, and you see a girl you like, it is kind of easy to apply these things, like making eye contact etc... But I do not want to do this and then there's a positive reaction and I go up to the girl, but in the back of my mind I worry about the possibility that she's already in a relationship. That's keeping me from doing these things. I don't want to "hit" on a girl and she's already got a boyfriend, and maybe the boyfriend is present in the place, I don't want to pick a fight or make a fool of myself. How do I handle this? I don't want to make eye contact etc and the boyfriend sees this because there's bound to be trouble. And I have found some girls that are already taken do play along with the flirting. This is a very difficult one for me and this is the only reason for me is not to try and approach girls. I hope I explained properly, but I think you will understand where I'm coming from.

Flirting and Turkey. I'll be listening carefully for any of these questions a lady may ask me. Thank you for a good video. My family and I normally have turkey for Thanksgiving and on Christmas Eve as well. However, I have had Cornish hens for Thanksgiving supper back in 2015. I cooked them in crock pots with broth, chopped up vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, and onions. It was just like the Easter meal us troops had during the Desert Shield/Desert Storm Persian Gulf War in 1991 when they served up a Cornish hen to each of us at the base I was at. Another strange one. Even I, an old, southern nerd, have been asked a few of these questions. I always figured it was just polite conversation, like variations on the marriage question. "I saw your wife, the other day". I come back with "That was my sister". Which is was. And she comes with "Oh. My friend told me you were married". Fishing for info. I thought nothing of it, because, as one of the discarded men, I can't assume it's interest. After all, they deserve better. Pure and simple, a lot of us have been told we're not worth the effort, so we let it push us to become better, in other areas, and to doubt any possible attraction. If it ever is a signal, we're not listening.

Flirting, please include time stamps to each tips or topics. I would like to know why women can't be upfront and show interest and ask the men or person out they're interested in? What type of person they reject? What if you're interested in dating the women, why do they still reject guy and not give the person a chance? What are they really looking for in a person? What's if you have already expressed your feelings and asked them out and they reject you? What if you've known they were single and asked them out and they reject you and you noticed them out with someone else or hear from someone they are seeing someone. What if they're already with someone else or you find out afterwards asking them out that they are texting someone else and smiling at work. Why do women judge if a guy or a person is caring, nice, helpful and supportive person and be willing to be there whenever for the people who he cares for family, friends, colleagues and other people and yet still ignore and reject him without getting to know the person and the behaviour. Why are women going for bad behaviour guys? What type of person do they want to date? What qualities attractive women

If you are asking why women can't be direct in their communication on whether they are interested in you; the answer is simple: they want to encourage you to ask them out. They don't want rejection so if they don't ask you directly , they can fool themselves into believing they still have a chance with you. If they directly ask you and you say no, then that is final. They want to be chased and they want the man to ask them giving them the power to dictate the terms of the relationship. Women do not do direct as a rule. Some do, most don't
@ChrisLichowicz16 күн бұрын
@@marklittle8805 So in other words, they can dish it out, but can handle it themselves.
@tomswift383514 күн бұрын
@@marklittle8805 "If they directly ask you and you say no, then that is final." Well, not really. The scenario is relatively rare. So it may not occur to the guy that she might be serious. In that case, if she comes back later after a "no" she may actually get somewhere after he's devoted a bit of thought to the problem. Even when women try, they don't try very hard. And some men think too much about things.

1) Are you my type? Lady, I don't even know you 2) How do I stay fit? I work for a living 3) Who taught me how to be funny? Rejection and pain 4) Can I add you on my social media? Not NO, but hell NO! Do I look like a movie waiting to be made? 5) Why don't I have a girlfriend? Refer back to answer #3 6) Have I ever thought of settling down? Been there done that, now I'm free! 7) Have I ever been in love? Refer to #3 and #6 8) What kind of girl do I usually go for? Ones that give me some peace and quiet 9) Am I seeing someone right now? No, please refer to #8 10) Do I come here often? Probably not too much anymore, I don't like games involving 21 questions. 11) Why are you standing there asking me questions with your arms folded? You're dismissed, go on about your business and let me get back to my coffee. All this may work in the middle of Montana after church services, but in the real world it's more like minding your own business in a bar and having some little girl walk up to you and say, "Buy me a drink!" How much money do you make? Are you at least 6' tall? Do you own a business? The sheen coming off those rose colored glasses or contacts is making me ill.

So, a while ago, when I was still in high school, I participated in the school performance. One where the audience had to buy their tickets. I had bought two for my parents. I had been in a band before when I still attended music school, as pianist and part time singer. But the piano really is my thing, when it comes to music. I do prefer playing alone and getting to choose what I play. So I played two pieces from Einaudi as a solo act. I was motivated to attend because it was my final year at high school (+the school itself actually closed down this year), plus, a really good friend of mine attended too and had done so multiple times. It went really well. I got quite a few compliments afterwards. There was also this girl who approached me and asked about how I played and technique and such. In hindsight… yeah that could’ve been a question of initiation. But it flew right over me. You know, being autistic makes ‘normal’ social situations tough to read, but this…? I’m used to seeing/picking up pieces of a conversation differently, which leads to not really understanding one another(‘s intentions). The double empathy problem. A difference in preferred communication styles. Autism tends to come with literal thinking, so when someone asks me about the piano, my mind goes ‘Ah, she’s interested in playing the piano’. Talking about the piano=My thinking being in the piano-realm. And in my mind, it’s not ‘Maybe there’s more to it than the piano’. For all I knew it was politeness. That’s basically my assumption all the time. But she specifically approached me after the performances were done, to inquire about how *I* played the piano. My parents seemed to have picked up on it infinitely better than I did. I’m not too good at gauging people’s intentions and all the social subtext and such. This may be one of those cases where it’s really obvious from the outside… but… I wouldn’t know for certain. So… uh, yeah. Not really much use in lingering on that. It’s all ifs and maybes in my mind. I guess I really have to try and keep my mind sharp.

Who should we listen to? God... or Paul? (Rhetorical question)
@claytonwright241617 күн бұрын
It seems obvious that it was Paul's calling to be single, and that was his conviction. He felt more useful to God's kingdom remaining single rather than marrying. Still, not all are called to be single. To answer to your question, and in context to Paul's opinion on marriage, he said he would prefer that men remained single because of the trouble that comes with marriage, and in order for single people to fully dedicate themselves to God. Paul is not giving a command from himself, nor is he relaying a command from God. He's also not condemning anyone who chooses to marry. Remember that Paul was able to see the Lord Jesus Christ in a vision, and he was led by the Holy Spirit. I'd say he had quite a lot of sound teaching.

Thanksgiving - turkey - Christmas - ham - days ending in 'y' - pumpkin pie I get asked a lot of these questions, sometimes in the most unexpected situations. Some examples: 1. B negative - by a nurse, during a blood drive. Okay, that question was expected. [What is your type?] 3. The Book of Job. I used to say Bill Cosby, but that stopped getting the reaction I desired. [Where do you get your sense of humor?] Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, ... [How are you still single?] (See the six wives of Henry VIII.) ... restraining order. The question was asked in court. There may possibly have been a touch of sarcasm or irony. 11. Here? In the visitors room of the maternity ward? Why, yes, at least twice a week. Again, by a nurse. [Do you come here often?] That actually was the beginning of a beautiful relationship.

How has she got your social media if you’ve only just met her or seen her in a coffee shop, bar or gym???? These videos are always for guys that have known or work with the girl what about random girls you’ve only just clapped eyes on?

Interesting stuff, lovely hostess.However, I go by the Paul Simon song: I am a rock, I am an island, and a rock feels no pain and an island never cries.Yes, cynical I know, but after a long term relationship finished and many failed short term ones, going to retire and listen to my Smiths records as refuge for the rest of my life😢😢

The "how are you still single" question is not a great one. It feels like an accusation or a slap in the face when asked. I mean I have been asked that question and it just kinda made me instantly sad and depressed and I just said "well I guess that I am just not good enough," and that was the end of that. I can't talk for all men, but myself and the guys I know don't like this question.

4:42 lol, or she’s a straight up stalker and wants to see who you talking to and learn about you via social media instead of hanging out with you. Figure out which one before adding.

Any time a woman just ask a question social anything about she might think you like.. Wife a former head cheerleader knew all about the openingines, their poses, the flashing. Picked my after their practices at the university. I was a little shy with the groups that watched their cheers the wanna be's the mass of women usually 10 to 1 once they associated me to the leader. I was instantly a target by cheerleaders. I was worse at their parties some drunk, other pretending to be falling on you setting in your lap, grinding. Wife would grab an arm and say that's my grind post find another. Wife was protective.

"What kind of woman?" Unfortunately, it seems that they were all poor choices :-( Maybe the next one will be different!

In my experience 100% of the time the women is just being friendly and neighborly they don't want you or are attracted to you unless your tall thin or athletic are famous extremely good looking drive a very nice car or have a lot of money if your just average looking and have a regular job there just being nice so just say high nice talking to have a nice day and leave it at that don't bother pursuing or even thinking about them because all relationships fall apart in the first three months and it's always your fault so guys don't fall for it just stay single and take care of yourselves

Given those choices i would say Ham. But my family went a whole other route and we had homemade beef noodles.

I have a very attractive mail carrier who will ring the doorbell to hand deliver the mail to my business location. She patiently waits for me to come and get my mail from her and always greets me with a smile and light conversation. When she is off the other mail carries just simply put the mail in the box. I think she is attracted to me but I don't want to be wrong having egg on my face. What do you think, is she attracted to me or not? Be honest. I should add she just put the mail in other business's mailbox.
