At full health (so no GUTS stuff), Ky has 420 health and takes 1x damage, and Ryu has 1025 health So Potemkin's meterless command grab he can do anywhere, or Kara Cancel to give it some impressive range, deals 41.667% of the average character's life. Gief needs 3 bars to deal 39.02%

Not mentioned in the video: The damage buff you get from your command grabs is voided if you are to whiff any of the command grabs before successfully landing one. The Vskill buff also allows you to combo into command grab where you're not able to do that if you don't have the mic 'buff' or of it was voided by whiffing.
