Your brand has to have its own personality, values and morals. That will help you decide what works better for the brand and who is best for the brand to work for and with. Getting those fundamentals down will make the networking part a lot easier.

It’s worth noting - you shouldn’t just go to creative conferences. If you’re targeting a car manufacturer, for example, got to conferences they would go to.
