I added a calisthenics routine day into my weight lifting week, (I'm only 4-5 months in, but I got 8 kgs of muscles already), and I gotta say the tuck lever is hell to keep. I can do 10 clean pushups, but I can stay a couple seconds tuck in a ball, it's a completely different game. (I'm 180cm for reference) I love it tho. I'm doing the frog pose too thank to your videos, and I'm improving a lot faster on those. Keep up the grind, we need your knowledge and motivation! Love from Italy (that's why the kg and cm) ❤

Someone once told me to be strong enough to do this move, you need to be able to do 1 max rep pullup with an additional 70% of your bodyweight. So for a 70kg guy like me I may as well stay away from the move until I can do 1 max rep pullup with a 50kg weight on me. How true is this?
