I had a question maybe you can answer. I used to be a heroin addict, I switched to muscling (injecting into the muscle) after I ran out of veins. It was mostly in my shoulders and chest. Well after years of doing that it ate away the muscle (h is acidic and corrosive) and I'm wondering if I will be able to rebuild that muscle through exercise/lifting. Can't find any info about this.

I love that advice about showing up to the gym, even if it's a bad work out or it only lasts 10 minutes on the treadmill. I do the same. I've definitely had those days and I knew that keeping the routine alive was more important over the long term, as a few bad days are inevitable anyway.

Can you believe I have nowhere to do pull-ups? I've looked even outside my apartment and I can't find a place. I've tried a couple but they're square surfaces that really hurt my hands so I can't do many pullups, and my doors have no thick frame. I don't know what to do

I started off skinny fat i saw gym motivations and did some bodybuilding but i never loved it then few months later i saw a guy doing front levers, planche pushups and oah I also saw ian barseagle and now a year later i can do adv tuck front lever,lsit and tuck planche.

Funny story about Canadian Geese: I was on one of my daily walks in Mankato, MN when I happened upon a flock of geese with goslings. I rapidly learned that this was a mistake. I was on an established walking path near a municipal pond when one of the mothers of two goslings 'wasn't having that' and started chasing me and flapping her wings in wild abandoned! It goes without saying that a lesson was learned that day!

What is it with Americans and liver? I've been eating it since forever but then I'm a Brit. Best eaten with onions, tomatoes and some streaky bacon with mashed potato. I'd also add some green veg and perhaps a bit of carrot plus gravy. I'd never try carnivore. Sounds dreadful and very .... faddish.Besides carbs suit some of us just fine and we aren't fat. 😄
