@@CaptainPlums Not at the moment. I've thought about what a video about LEGO Loco would look like, but I don't really have any ideas yet. Lol, turning of Mr X at the end. Him and Mr Ablebody is the most talkative guys in the Lego universe. I look forward to Mr X's car. It feels like an evolution of Rocket racers car and Mr X feels like a precursor to Drome racers' Dromulus. Great video as always.

@@StudframeAnimations Hello again! MT bil and motorsport from YT here :) Thanks again for the great content. It means alot to me to have oldschool Lego content to look forward to again. It is only so many ways you can interact with an old game that is hard to mod. especially since RRU became partly defunct. Your videos in HD and VR just hits me like the dish hit the reviever in rataoile. I have a few ideas I have had for 20+ years now and I wondered if it was alright for you if I sent you them here when I remember them? Worldbuilding and atmosphere has always been something that has deeply facinated me, and I feel you hit the nail on the head in your videos. Most of the ideas are pretty short and are centered around a gag or location, but I have a really grand one too. Perhaps too big and too niche.. But here it goes: It is VR. We are in a helicopter with Dr Kilroy, Johnny Thunder and Pippin Reed. An obvious refference to Jurassic park. ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/rp-QfXhuntyNgM0&ab_channel=ScreenThemes kzbin.info/www/bejne/bXvYcq18p9djjsU&ab_channel=4KClipsAndTrailers ) An island appears and we fly towards it. It is an island spliced together from several setpieces from Lego Island 2. The village with dinosaurs at the end of the Adventurers island chapter, Mr Hates camp, the gate at the end of Pepper T rex run, the dessert filled with dino skeletons on the way to the sea plane when you walk in freeroam. And also parts from Lego racers 2 Dino island. Dinos roaming around, walking in packs and some of the great setpieces of that map. (The easter island heads village could be merged with the LI2 village) and to top it all off in mye dreamworld: Parts and atmopshere from Amazon adventure valley. (The temple, the bridge with the waterfall leading into the cave with the great ape face carved into it. The very structure is also in LI2 when you fly the biplane) You enjoy your trip down memory lane as you spot poachers. Baron Von Barron is at it again! You spot him chasing a stegosaur with the 5955 All terrain trapper. He spots us and launches the web at us, disabeling the helicopters rotors and we fall towards the ground. Fade to black. You wake up as Pippin takes your arm and pulls you up. You must now do a treck towards the 5987 Dino research camp to use the satelite dish there to signal for help. You now experience the same island you saw from the air, but now from ground level. Everything seems much much bigger. The atmosphere are darker. the trees hides the sun. Not unlike the ambience from Dark forrest dash. After a long trek trough the game islands you arrive at the research camp. Johnny walks in, calls for emergency and when a T rex shows up. The abbanadoned research camp became a nesting ground after the crew left, and mommy is very angry over the adventurers proximity to her infant. The T rex has you cornered and just as you think you're done Mike throws down a rope from the 5956 Expedition Balloon. He heard Johnnys call. Just as the t rex is about to bite you hold as tight as you can and Mike turns on the gas, lifting you straigth up and away from the t rex. The t rex shakes its head in disbelief and turns its focus to the infant, rubbing its snout to it to groom. Johnny thanks Mike and the team for the help but states "After carefull considuration I've decided not to endorse this trip." Dr Kilroy: "So has I." You zoom out of POV as the blimp flies away while a pack of pteranodons calmly fly near it, into the sunset. Fade to black. So this is an idea I have had since I 9 years old.. Jurassic park and Lego was my home away from home and I would spend hours upon hous there. The "script" is maybe not that interesting, but I wanted to share it with you. Best regards, Marius.
@StudframeAnimations6 ай бұрын
@@TufteMotorsport That’s an awesome script! I really like the idea of experiencing the official sets through a story that connects them all. I might do something with that idea. It may not follow the script you’ve made, but I will keep it in mind. Thank you for writing this. 😁

Damn! last time I played that game, it was still the 90's, I think I need to change that. With Mattkc doing a decomp of LEGO Island, why nobody started on LEGO racers? (I would do it if I didn't have other decomp projects in the oven 🥲)
@StudframeAnimations7 ай бұрын
The game is really basic by todays standard, but it has a lot of character. Building your own track is still loads of fun! 😁 What is a decomp project? Are you extracting assets from the game? Or something else?
@NEEDbacon7 ай бұрын
@@StudframeAnimations It's a decompilation of the code for LEGO Island, basically breaking it down to it's bare bones to know how it ticks. Of course, there's a lot more reason to do that with Lego Island (the look being tied to FPS which doesn't play so nice on modern equipment, and MattKC added in higher quality version of the music too which he covered in a video). I think the reason why LEGO Racers hasn't been decompiled is cause it still works fine today and probably isn't all that much under the hood (pardon the pun) that isn't already known.
@StudframeAnimations7 ай бұрын
@@NEEDbacon Ahh that makes sense! Yeah LEGO Racers is one of the few LEGO that runs on modern hardware without any modifications. I can’t recall any problems during gameplay. LEGO Xtreme Stunts on the other hand… 😜
