Question, I am an independent freight dispatcher. My goal is to continue to partner with owner op. Please lease on 5/10 trucks. Once I have enough carriers would a freight brokerage be willing to hire me as a broker agent

Brokerages want to hire agents with customer “shipper” relationships. Carrier capacity doesn’t give you much of an advantage without the business.
