Yes I have that too sometimes. I think it’s because the cpu do other things at the same time. I quit the other apps and it seems to get better. But I don’t think it’s a dealbreaker either

This is my friend's second Kindle. kzbin.infoUgkxOnUR4NaproSbBbD2sdI4XcDZ58Jz8GOx The first one which is about 5 or 6 years old quit charging because the bottom connector went bad. When I saw they upgraded to a USB C connector I knew it was time. I think the old USB Micro connectors are a PIA. Her new one is great. It synced right out of the box and connected to WiFi immediately. The thing is perfect! Sooo mine will arrive tomorrow. (Been reading off an old Fire) What bugs me are the reviewers that give this product one star because it didn't work out of the box or they were too dumb to figure it out. If it doesn't work send it back and get another one. It couldn't be easier with Amazon. Giving it one star because it didn't work says nothing about a good one that does work. I bet a bad one is one in a thousand or more. Give it a break...just get another one.

Thanks for suggestions. I’ll try it. The one thing I want to suggest you while reading 50 books per year is try to find a book “how to read books “. That’s more about understanding than the technics. In this technics there is minimal amount of iterations of reading a book, it’s 3 times minimum to get the idea and include critical thinking. I hope you’ll enjoy this book

If you use Apple Books app they sync between your devices on the same Apple account using iCloud. If you activate iCloud sync in the Books app settings then it's totally automatic.

No it works with all books. It works I Apple Books app and in the kindle app. I think you just have to find the right spot where to swipe with two fingers. It’s an Apple feature. Built into iOS itself.

@garaymaye150 what I show is not audiobooks. It’s ebooks that you listen to using text to speech. So just buy ebooks or open ebooks you already own and then do this. I don’t think I will do a video on how to buy ebooks. I have already done two videos showing how I buy ebooks.

It continues where you left of if you use the controls. So if you tap the play button instead it do that. My recommendation though is to have a larger font so that there is not too much text on one page. And you can pause by tapping with two fingers anywhere on the page and tap again to continue

No idea, it doesn't do that for me on my iPhone 13 pro max or iPad Air 4. It pauses for about the time it takes to turn the page. As long as it takes when turning a page physically and that doesn't bother me at all.
