How to Loom Knit a Garter Stockinette Baby Hat on the Universal X Loom

I just started looming. Do you know how frustrating it is to want to do something, i.e. Crocheting or knitting, and no matter how you try, you cannot? The ability to hold tension on the 'working' yarn is not possible for me, due to the residual lingering effects of a stroke... Left hand barely functions dexterity-wise, broken left thumb, healed improperly to boot. So, I thank you for this post! The ability to Loom is such a pleasant surprise! Now to have patience to redo, & redo & redo again due to little mistakes, to get right, alas I can do it! The reason for this comment, is my granddaughter wants to create Barbie apparel on the loom. I was thrilled to see this link on your KZbin homepage! I do not have the universal loom, that you're using here, I have KB S Afghan Knitting loom, 60 inch 199 or whatever the number of pegs. A Set of 4 circle looms & two mini 16 peg looms(for granddaughter). Would any of these suffice creating Barbie clothes? Thank you for posting this!

I would suggest using your smaller looms for creating barbie clothes. I eventually would like to do doll clothes just haven't gotten there yet. :-)
