Absolutely the best arm workout I have ever done! I broke my arm approx. 6 months ago and recently finished PT. This workout encompasses everything I did during PT so I'm getting a double benefit from following this regimen.

I'm usually ready to cry by the time I get to the end of this, but I love the way my arms look after doing this 2-3 times/week for several months.

Just started on my weight loss journey and the moment when you say invision the life you want to live is exactly when i needes to hear it! each time im about to give up an thibk it hurts to much you say that and i keep going. Tracy love your work out I see a difference in 24 hrs I am 65 and if I have to say. My body don't look bad for my age still have a lot work to do, but thanks to your awesome workouts I will get there thank you

Tracy I just found your channel yesterday, and I love it. I am 54, and have about 15 lbs. I need to lose. I did the arms workout yesterday and today (the work it, wear it), but I just found this one. If my arms are a little fat, should I do this instead until I am at my goal weight?

Tracy!! I'm on FIRE!:-) I just finished a 10 minute sculpt workout & added this one to it OH MAN! The only problem I have is straining my neck so I did stop a few times then jumped back in My lightest weight is a 3 so that's what I used Thank you!

+Melissa Guajardo It might be too heavy of a weight. Maybe try without weights at all or with a water bottle. See if that helps:)

Tracy ........for a beginner , how many reps & sets ? I'm working on all part of my body . Already lost 30 pounds and more to lose .Workout at home and at the gym 5 days a week.For the most part , I need to lose in arms , stomach,legs and butt ............Thank you for everything .

Hey girl I just found you. So I have fibro, DDD stenosis in 2 places, bursitis in both hips, reverse curve in my neck TMJ RA and OA in my whole body. This arm workout is so perfect it's short and effective and I do what I can. I'll have to find where I can post before and after for you xo

I used to have pretty heavy and un-toned arms. I've noticed a lot lot of definition! I can't say I've really lost fat because my weight is the same, but I can say it totally tones! :)

WOWWWW!!! This is an Amazing workout and I love that I can really feel it working! Tracy, this is only day one for me, but I am so happy I rediscovered you and I plan to commit myself to your workouts...I have a very special reason to finally get to it, for my son's upcoming May wedding! : ) You have such a great way of presenting each move to someone like me who has always found it a challenge to follow along to any workout routine to ensure I am doing it the right way. Tracy, I still have problem with nape muscles (relaxing them) I keep shoulder blades down (do yoga for years so know how)but those muscles are strong and still take some weight...I dont want them to grow!!!! any trick? help!

I'd like to know this too. I know most people say to work a specific body part every other day. But I also know of people who work their arms every day.

you do them everyday. its less than 10 mins. You should start to see results in 2 weeks. I did Tracys arm ones last year and after 2 weeks doing them everyday i saw a difference, then after 2 months i had lovely arms in a dress for an event i attended. I will tell you though if you stop , your arms go back to the way they were before as it happened to me cos i stopped all winter unmotivated to do anything. But now i'm back again :)

Alexandra Claudia Hi alexandra, i do any of Tracys 10 minute (or so) arm exercises. I'd start small with one first for at least 2 weeks. Then after that you will be able to keep up and not put your arms down as much (like me when it used to burn so bad lol) and then i would add a second video after about 4 weeks. I'd switch it up to the different ones and even the ones without the weights. The most important thing is the repetition. You should definitely see results after about 6 weeks if you do them every day. You cant stop completely cos your arms go back to the way they were, cos thats what happened to me.

+Shadowhunter601 I've been doing this workout every Sunday for a couple of weeks (along with swimming once a week) and i can really see results! My arms are more toned and not soft anymore, i do this workout with 0.5 kg weights. I hope this helped you :P

if I was to do this.. my arms will be sore the whole week after the first try. OMG. lol. that's how bad my arms are... it's so flappy ans I freaken hate it. I need to go get two dumb bells asap. let's see how it goes in a week.

My upper arms are firming up for sure. My problem is flabby, wrinkly forearms. If that's the part from elbow to wrist. I am 54 years old. Maybe it's my age?! Can I do anything? Thanks:)
